2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR NEEDS YOU

Please consider donating your time, energy, and ideas for WTV and the PTC.  We have several positions open; if you are interested, please let us know!  

If you are interested in volunteering at the school in any capacity or want to watch events like the All Star Dash, be sure to complete the BSD Background Check.  This process can take up to 6 weeks.  

VOLUNTEER NEEDS:

Click the Volunteer menu for additional information on how to volunteer and click the Programs menu for information on specific programs.  

The support, programs, and events the PTC provides can't be done unless we have volunteers participating.  Are you wondering what is happening with the track?  Do the classrooms need cooling in warm weather?  Who can attend the All Star Dash?  What is the plan for the school in the next bond?  These topics/questions/challenges are what the PTC discusses and decides on.  Be a part of the team that determines how your donation money is spent.  Or just join us at a monthly PTC meeting.

We're just about done with volunteer needs for the current school year, but need to start planning for the next school year.  

Open PTC positions that need to be filled 

• Scholastic Book Fair - needs more committee members, and soon since this event runs in November.

• Art Night  -  1 or 2 people interested in coordinating this event.

• Spirit Wear coordinator

• Carnival coordinator

We are also recruiting for these positions/committees for the next school year:

• All Star Dash  - this year is our lead's last year at WTV and we need someone to learn and take over for the following year

• Play coordinator 

• Monday Minute editor
